Invisible Scripts

These are assumptions that guide our life that are so deeply ingrained in us that we rarely think about this. For example: When picking a career/major, pick based on your passion!

Now this idea may or may not be true (and it’s turning out that it isn’t all that true if you think just about the happiness you want from life…more on that in another post). But it’s an idea that is rarely questioned in the modern American culture.

I am going to write about the invisible scripts that have guided my own life and my attempts at finding out if they truly serve me or not. If they do not, I will work to find a better belief to work with.
