The more people I work with, the more I’m learning that people are interested in learning how to lose weight.
There is just so much misinformation, myths, and craziness related to helping people lose weight. Diet pills, fad diets, silly exercise machines, and everything else in between. Real science, real evidence is ignored too often.
I decided to do something about. Over the next month, I’ll be making a series of YouTube videos can help people. Since much of my audience is South Asian in background, I decided to focus on that in making this video below, but anyone can learn from it.
